I am a father of 2 children, married to a lovely devoted teacher. I did a PhD in Social Policy at the University of Edinburgh and a Master in Political and Social Sciences at University Pompeu Fabra and bachelor in Business Administration at ESADE Business School.
My goal is to understand how working fathers balance their life and its implications.
Currently, I am a Research Fellow at the Women and Public Policy Program at Harvard Kennedy School and a Researcher at the ChildCare and Family Policy Chair at UIC. Previously, I was a research assistant at the International Center of Work and Family at IESE Business School. Before to start an academic career, I spent 4 years in Henkel Group. I am also a member of Justicia i Pau. Here you can find my CV.
My research interests are work family balance, fatherhood, flexibility, care, and social policy. I also like photography, (urban) birdwatching, good books, and good music.
